Frequently Asked Questions

We are not a home care agency. We do not offer any medical-related services or day-to-day personal care services (i.e., bathing, laundry, grocery, etc.). Our staff are basic life support trained and certified. 

You may cancel services at any time with a 30-day notice.  You can give us a call or send us an email to cancel or temporarily pause your services.  Just be aware that services paused for more than six calendar months will require a new comprehensive intake at a discounted rate.

Monthly subscription units must be used within the same month and booked at least five business days before the last business day of the month. After six consecutive missed monthly subscription unit visits, families will need to complete a new comprehensive intake to ensure the quality of our engagement.
