This is the starting point of our friendship. During intake, we will take ample time to understand you and the people closest to you. We will secure your privacy by completing documents professionally and ensuring their protection.
* A new comprehensive intake must be done if services are interrupted for 12 consecutive months.
With friendships, strength, and value become evident during critical times or times of need. Within our monthly relationship maintenance service, we continue to develop the relationship through tele-visits and in-person visits. Each monthly visit adds a priceless layer to the relationship. This 4-unit (15 min per unit) baseline service can be delivered in several combinations to fit the needs of our new friend.
All of the benefits of a relationship maintenance subscription with additional pre-paid ad-hoc units to offer a prescribed deeper connection and support system. This subscription includes 6 additional ad-hoc units that can be used in 2-unit blocks during the month.
When you become a family friend, you gain access to a support system that is there when you need them. This level of service is exclusive to our subscriber friends. One unit block is a 30-minute visitation. Our subscribers can add additional visits to fit their needs by requesting as little as one additional unit (15 min) or as much as seven additional units (2.0 hours). There is a five business day advance notice booking required for ad-hoc visits.
Our ad-hoc visitations to the medical care areas will allow you to have that trust when needed. The United States hospitals and long-term care institutions have some of the world's most brilliant and well-educated minds. There is very little that can give you the further comfort of having a trusted friend of the family to be an additional caring heart available for you and your family.

On-call services can be deployed within a three-hour window.
